William (Bill) Monroe

Born in Fort Madison, Iowa but grew up in Burlington, Iowa (age 5 to 18). 

Spent 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Spent 6 years in Construction and as an Independent Contractor. 

Undergraduate work at SCC in West Burlington, Iowa and at

Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. 

   Graduated Bacholor of Arts, May 1992 Magna Cum Laude.

      Major - Political Science

      Minor - Law and Society

 Attended Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois.

    Graduated May 1996

Angel Ealy

Born in Hamburg, Iowa but grew up and has lived in the Burlington/Mediapolis area since age 4. 

Angel has had training and experience in Accounting, Business Law, Business Managment, Retail, and as a Legal Assistant. Angel has been with this Office since July 1, 2008. 

Melissa McKasson

Born and raised in Burlington, Iowa, and has lived her entire life in the Burlington, Iowa area.   

Melissa has had training in Accounting, Business Law,  Business Management, Clerical, Criminal Investigations, and Retail.  Melissa has been with this Office since December 28, 2013.
